Hi all

Since I'm trying to learn BLD and I'm struggling in finding words for the letter pairs, I've created a small App which generates letter pairs to memorize.

Maybe it could be usefull for some of you so I will share it here.

Gordon's Memo Trainer

You can select how many letterpairs it should generate.
Note that in the current version 8 letterpairs is the maximum, but if someone is interested, this could be extended.

When you hit 'Start / Stop' a new series of letterpairs are generated.

After memorizing, hit 'Start / Stop' again, to show the textfield to enter the memorized letterpairs.
You can enter it either in upper or lower case and with or without spaces.
Also the spent time is shown.

When hitting 'Validate' your entry is validatet. If you added it correct, it's shown in green, else in red.

That's all, simple as that :)

//Hello, here I am asking again, new thread style.. Apologies in advance for the bumps I might do in the next couple of days..

I've been planing on going to worlds for the last couple of months and of course since I had to find the best/cheaper way to get there, checking up on plane ticket prices had turned into a routine, and flying out from Bogot� my chances began with arriving at Fort Lauderdale, and then having a bunch of connections to get to Vegas, the combinations are endless.

So, having part of my trip fixed, and with desire of visiting Los Angeles, where I could have much better flight prices, I would like to know if anyone is driving to vegas or returning there by car, and of course, with a seat available, and willing to share the drive with me..

I bet I'm not alone in this one, so if you are searching for a ride as I am, or you have a seat available, do reply..
Might seem creepy for some of you, but anyway, I better try..

Yes, Marcell is faster.

I learned a lot of algs in June and I'm close to end in using TuRBo for edges. I never liked single BLD but I need it for faster solve in MBLD ;) (48 cubes, I'm coming!)

The Rubiks Race Challenge

Hey guys, so I had kind of a neat idea. It was to use just the scramble thing from the game rubiks race and make a challenge out of it, so I did. Here's my sort of rule/step things.
1. Shake up the rubiks race scrambler
2. Take a picture (I can do this)
3. Scramble YOUR cube with a given scramble (I can do this too.
5. After inspecting your scrambled cube for 15 seconds or less, you start the timer and try to make the face shown in the picture.

So, with that aside, post your results!

Another idea is to do this like an ao5 format, with 5 scrambles and 5 pictures. Let me know if you think that's better!

Hello, I'm Tadpole

Hey guys, I'm Tadpole and I thought i'd just introduce myself to you guys.

So I'll start off with a bit of a bio and move to the cubing side.

My name is Corey Williams, I live in Australia>Queensland. I was born in 1994, September the 28th.
I'm currently studying Nursing and have just started Uni.
Contrary to Popular belief, I am not a frog.

The cube I use is a v5 Zhanchi. I avg around sub 40. I use the 2look f2l method, I'm learning full PLL atm.
I've been cubing for 3 years now and I love it.

I hope to meet the majority of you kind peeps and hope to see you at the first comp I go to.
